Thank you Happyone! It sat on the tip of the branch for the longest time. I think in my haste to get a good shot I made myself a little anxious and that's why not many of them came out. I got lucky with this one. Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Hi Jackie and thank you!! I'm so looking forward to getting out and taking some photos that don't come from the backyard. I haven't visited the park lately so maybe a trip there would be a good idea. Maybe this weekend. I hope you and the family are doing well.
Charlie and Annie send hugs. They went to the vet today for nail trims. They were such good babies.
Hi Cindy...I need to go and get a nail trim, myself! :)) Give your furry babies a hug from me. I went to Jacksonville yesterday with my camera. I hope to have it back sooooon. I miss it!! Hope you get a chance to visit the park; I look forward to your photos!
Jackie, I know what it's like without a camera. Before we moved from Wimauma Dad and Charlie accidently broke my camera. I cried like a baby. It was a whole year before I got another one. I hope you get it back soon. Loved your post.
Thank you, Cindy.... I hope to get my camera back the week after Thanksgiving. It's going to cost me waaaay too much to get it repaired, but the option is to buy another camera, and I don't want to do that for several reasons: my camera and I are a team, and I'm used to way it works; it takes great photos...and, a new camera is even MORE money... sooo I'm gonna bite the bullet and pay to have it repaired. We (Hubby, Mama, Daddy and I) are headed back to the North Carolina mountains this week. We will spend Thanksgiving and several days after Thanksgiving in our home up there. I wanted to wish you, your Dad, Charlie and Annie a beautiful Thanksgiving. Thinking of you with a smile... Jackie
Hi Jackie. Thank you. I'm sure you can't wait to get your camera back. North Carolina sounds great. I wish I was headed somewhere. It will be just us for the holiday. No one really wants to celebrate it because of Mama. So it will be my sister, her husband, Dad and myself. Wishing you and your family a wonderful thanksgiving. Have a good and safe trip.
Hi Cindy...It's Saturday night and cold here in North Carolina! It is 18 degrees on our deck outside tonight. Needless to say, we are staying inside by the warm fire tonight!! We have had a lovely Thanksgiving here. It has become traditional to drive here (6 1/2 hour trip) and have Thanksgiving dinner in the Smoky Mountains. The Christmas decorations in the town down in the valley are lovely. I could live here!! (And probably will one day.) I hope that your Dad, your sister and you had a blessed Thanksgiving.) I have thought of you often and couldn't connect to my blog to write to you....frustrating...but I kept trying, and tonight I could connect! Yea!!! Sending you great big hugs...knowing that it was a difficult Thanksging without your dear Mom...but hoping that you feel the warmth that comes as you remember all the wonderful times you shared with her. I know she smiles from above with love for all of you. Love and hugs, Jackie

ReplyDeleteThank you Judy! I was so excited to see that I had a least one of the dragonfly photos come out. Hope you are having a wonderful week.
